The top trending topic today is again Osama bin Laden related as more information trickles out about the compound that the terrorist leader resided in for the last 5-6 years.
The building, which has been described on T.V. news as a mansion (although it looks like a really big cross between a crackhouse and a prison) loomed large in the neighborhood with barbed wire fences and is only a half mile away from Pakistan’s main military training institution.
When we all believed this guy was hiding in some cave in the most treacherous mountain range in the world there was some plausible deniability that Pakistan may not know where he was. But to come to find out he's lived the better half of the last decade in a quaint Pakistani town kind of riles up you up about Pakistan.
What makes things worse is that OBL’s neighbors described activity at the home as odd, including burning trash instead of throwing it away and paying neighborhood kids to buy new soccer balls when they kicked them over the building’s fence.
I say we ask Pakistan for a refund for all the money we’ve given them or we threaten to start giving money to India to bomb the hell out of them.
