Lamar is Khloe's man candy?

Khloe Kardashian set to marry L.A. Lakers forward Lamar Odom

They've only been dating for about a month but Khloe Kardashian and L.A. Lakers forward Lamar Odom are making a dash for the altar.

"Khloe and Lamar want to get married before Lamar has to go away for training, and the season starts up [this fall]," a source told Usmagazine.com. "They are hoping to pull together a wedding within the next to weeks so they can get married and have a honeymoon."

The reality TV star, 25, met Odom, 29, at a party in L.A. earlier this month.

And big sis Kim Kardashian seems happy about the union

"They're very, very happy," Kim told People.com a few weeks ago. "They are literally inseperable…Khloe thinks he's amazing and makes her laugh and smile constantly."

Let me start by saying I've never seen the Kardashian's show so I have almost no concept of this girl whatsoever. I assume she's famous largely for the same reason her sister is, minus the sex tape. I'm just hoping this isn't the kind of union that could break up the band. The Kardashians are a hot mess and if these two seem intent on spending every waking moment together then we could have a Yoku Ono situation on our hands.

I'm giving this union about 6 months. It'll start on rocky ground after Ron Artest gets drunk and gets in a fight with Brody Jenner at the reception. Oh, Ron Ron is going to show his ass at that wedding.
