#10 - North Carolina
The Tarheels are the toast of what should be an improved ACC in 2009. They lost a ton of talent at WR with Hakeem Nicks and Brandon Tate bolting for the NFL but T.J. Yates is the best QB the team has had in years and will find a guy to throw to.
A great Tarheel defense is led by DL Marvin Austin and LB Quin Sturdivant.
