#7 - LSU
I'm not quite sold on Ole Miss and I think Alabama will take a slight step back this year. Thus, I'm picking LSU to win the SEC West. QB Jordan Jefferson will come into his own this year much like JaMarcus Russell did at LSU. It will help Jefferson to be protected by such as monster as G Herman Johnson.
