#3 - Oklahoma
The Big 12 trifecta is now complete with the Sooners coming in at #3. I think Oklahoma is actually the second best team in the country but I couldn't see putting them there for the sheer fact that they have to play Texas (and vice versa). The Big 12 schedule is tough even without having to play the Longhorns.
I do like what OU brings back. Sam Bradford will be a year more polished and ready to assault the record books again. Trent Williams is back on the offensive line to protect Bradford and Gresham is back at TE to give him a target to throw to. Not to mention the Sooners have the most talented backfield in the conference with DeMarco Murray and Chris Brown. (Not the one that beat Rihanna or my spaghetti loving friend.)
Defensively the Sooners will rely on Gerald McCoy, one of the best defensive tackles in the country and Ryan Reynolds, their MLB who is returning from injury.
If he plays his cards right Bob Stoops could be celebrating his fourth consecutive Big 12 title in December.
