Kobe-Shaq Christmas duel highlights 2009-10 NBA schedule

NEW YORK (AP) -- The NBA is bringing Kobe Bryant and Shaquille O'Neal together again for Christmas -- this time joined by LeBron James.
Bryant and the defending champion Los Angeles Lakers will host the Cleveland Cavaliers on Dec. 25, one of the highlights of the 2009-10 NBA schedule released Tuesday.
It will be the fourth time in the five years since their partnership ended that Bryant and O'Neal will meet on Christmas. Traded to Cleveland in June, O'Neal will return to Los Angeles this year with James, who succeeded Bryant as MVP last season.
You knew the NBA wasn't going to miss the chance at the ultimate NBA Finals re-do on the X-Mas grand stage. There's been pie all over David Stern and Phil Knight's face since Cleveland fell flat and now they get a chance to give us the show we were promised. Plus there is the Shaq vs. Kobe component which seems all but dead. Don't worry Shaq will revive with some slam in a rap lyric or a smart ass tweet. 20 bucks says Ron Artest punches someone in the neck.
