I wish all cops were like Chief Wiggum. Lazy, apathetic about their calling, flatfooted. Then maybe I could enjoy a brew in Odessa without thinking I was being watched. Honestly, aside from Lenny and Carl, I think Chief Wiggum and Lou have the best on-screen chemistry of any of the ensemble cast.
