Indoor Football League: Quincy Carter arrested in Abilene
Odessa American
Playing in the Indoor Football League apparently hasn't cleared up Quincy Carter's status as Texas' resident troubled quarterback.
Carter was arrested Sunday night in Abilene for violation of probation, according to KRBC-TV in Abilene.
Carter, who has been arrested three times on a charge of marijuana possession, violated probation in Dallas County.
Carter has been arrested in Irving, Shreveport, La., and Mission.
Jammal Lord...come on down! I couldn't find him on the Ruff Riders website but earlier this season Lord (former Nebraska QB) was behind the Strempfth King on the Abilene roster. Good things come to those who wait and starting quarterback roles come to those who back up Quincy Carter. Poor Quincy.
