We're Going Wheeling!

Is it just me or does it seem like this guy is cheating? Part of the unspoken agreement about charging/streaking a field is the understanding that the park security/cops/players have the right to beat the piss out of you for doing so. Its what makes the chase so much more climactic. So a handicapped guy trying to get in on the action is just BS. He knows the security dudes can't mess him up for fear of public backlash. So as a society I think we need to make a new rule that its okay to beat the hell out of anyone who runs out of field even people with mental or physical defects.
