I couldn't tell if the PR dude was just trying to be a jerk or not. It honestly looked like he might have had a nervous tick that caused him to grope people's shoulders, kind of like Dr. Cooper on 'Nurse Jackie.' Although I think the reporter overreacted I was kind of hoping that he'd cold cock the guy.
