Tired Of Traffic? A New DOT Report Urges Drivers: 'Honk'

I thought this video was funny. It's always humerous to hear people honk in the middle of a traffic jam. One time we got stopped in a huge jam outside Albuquerque on the way to a ski trip. McIntosh told me he was going to do something futile to amuse himself and laid on the horn for two minutes straight. I don't know what was funnier, that or us pouring Gatorade jugs of urine because we started drinking out of frustration.
