John Mayer Compares Jessica Simpson to 'Sexual Napalm'

John Mayer has dated some of the most beautiful women in Hollywood – but the singer-songwriter says he was sexually addicted to Jessica Simpson.

"That girl, for me, is a drug," Mayer, 32, tells Playboy in an at-times jaw-dropping new interview. "And drugs aren't good for you if you do lots of them. Yeah, that girl is like crack cocaine to me."

Though Simpson and Mayer's on-again, off-again romance ended in 2007, the memory of those steamy romps still haunts Mayer. "Sexually it was crazy," he says. "That's all I'll say. It was like napalm, sexual napalm."

Before becoming paired with the pop star, Mayer never have considered dating Simpson, he admits. But he now says he became hopelessly hooked.

"There are people in the world who have the power to change our values," Mayer says in his candid confessional. "Have you ever been with a girl who made you want to quit the rest of your life? Did you ever say, 'I want to quit my life and just … snort you? If you charged me $10,000 to [sleep with] you, I would start selling all my [stuff].' "

I'm going to have to throw the BS flag here. While I'm sure Jessica Simpson is great in the sack I don't think John Mayer has the drug background to be making such claims. He's probably only smoked weed, maybe some shrooms or ectasy but I'm pretty sure he's never saddled the white pony. Now if Rick James or Mickey Rourke had said this about Jessica I'd totally buy it.

And what's with the terrible metaphor in the first place. I was expecting him to next say "if I could cook Jessica in my kitchen with cough medicine, I'd burn down my house doing it."
