Woman Finds Cop Passed Out in Her Bed

ARLINGTON, Va. (Oct. 1) - Arlington police say a U.S. Capitol Police officer was arrested when a woman came home to find the stranger passed out drunk in her bed.
Police said the 34-year-old man was still sleeping when officers arrived at 1 a.m. Sunday. Spokeswoman Crystal Nosal said the officer was charged with unlawful entry.
Police don't know why the officer, who lives in Reston, picked the woman's apartment to sleep, but investigators believe he came in through the front door.
Capitol Police spokeswoman Kimberly Schneider said the officer is on paid administrative leave pending the outcome of the criminal charges. Schneider said the agency will also conduct an investigation.
Well excuse this guy for trying to save everyone else's lives and not drive drunk. Instead he wanders around for a while and finds a safe place to go to sleep. And why did he pick that place? that's no mystery. It looked like just a good a place as any.
I an all seriousness this guy owes the woman his life. Most people this day and age wouldn't be nice enough to just call the cops. Instead, they'd cave your face in with a lamp and they'd have good reason. You hear stories every once in a while about drunks getting shot going in the wrong place. Makes me happy I don't live in a townhouse anymore. It's hard to mistake BYB Headquarters.
