Dad, 83, accused of opening fire on drumming son

SAN ANTONIO -San Antonio police are investigating the wounding of a man after his elderly father allegedly opened fire when the victim refused to stop drumming.
Police said the son, in his 50s, suffered a non-life threatening head wound early Friday while at the home the men share. Police said his 83-year-old father was detained on an aggravated assault charge.
Police said the son, who was grazed in the head, ran down the block to call for help.
Who can blame this poor old man? One of the inevitable downfalls or old age is the inability to sleep. That's why old people wake up at 4 a.m. and drink their "morning" coffee. You think they wouldn't rather be sleeping. This poor old geezer had probably just drifted off after watching NCIS and his ingrate son started that dadgum ruckous. When's his finally gonna give up his silly music dreams? Hell, his dad may have just fired on him out of shame.
