And you thought it was over. Fierce 5 Member #5...
is the hilarious Paul Rudd. I delayed his entrance so it could enjoy all the excitement it deserves. Rudd has been one of my favorite actors since his early work in "Clueless" and "Halloween 6: The Curse of Michael Myers."
He has enjoyed more recent success with roles in "Anchorman", "The 40-Year-Old Virgin," "Knocked Up," and "I Love You, Man." Personally, my favorite Paul Rudd character was that of Andy in "Wet Hot American Summer."
This from Wikipedia: Rudd was born in Passaic, New Jersey, the son of Jewish immigrants from England; his family's original surname was "Rudnitzky". As part of a running gag during his appearances on Late Night With Conan O'Brien, Rudd brings clips from the infamous film Mac and Me, where the wheelchair-bound Eric flies off a cliff while Mac watches on, instead of showing clips from the actual film he is there to promote.
And the Fierce 5 is complete. What a motley crew of talented people. We shall now rule the world.
P.S. - Watch the clip. It's from a fake talk show Michael Showalter has with Paul Rudd and he is ball bustingly funny!
