Births
1897 – Elijah Muhammad, American Black Muslim leader (d. 1975)
1931 – Desmond Tutu, South African archbishop and Nobel Laureate
1939 – Bill Snyder, American football coach
1943 – Joy Behar, American television personality
1943 – Oliver North, American former military officer
1955 – Yo-Yo Ma, French-born American cellist
1967 – Toni Braxton, American singer
1976 – Taylor Hicks, American musician
1976 – Charles Woodson, American football player
1985 – Evan Longoria, American baseball player
1986 – Chase Daniel, American football player
An interesting smattering of birthdays with a couple two-fers. How about Joy Behar and Ollie North on the same day? I'd like to see them in a political smackdown, especially if Elizabeth Hasslebeck was nude in Ollie's corner. And Taylor Hicks and Charles Wood son on the same day. I wonder how old Taylor Hicks really is? Speaking of the Soul Patrol, Chase Daniel may need some soul when Nebraska beats Missouri's ass tomorrow night! BOOM!
