Painful Prescription
Ex-pharmacist avoids jail time for sex posting
Associated Press
NORWALK, Conn. — A former Connecticut pharmacist who created an online sex posting for a customer after arguing with her has been spared jail time.
Jonathan Medina was sentenced to two years’ probation Tuesday in Norwalk Superior Court, where he apologized to the victim. He had pleaded guilty to misdemeanor harassment and felony computer crime.
Medina admitted he created a posting for “Kinky Brenda looking for a good time” on Craigslist after a dispute over filling the woman’s prescription at a CVS Pharmacy.
He says he was overwhelmed with customers before the dispute and uncharacteristically “let it get to me.”
Court records say the woman received 25 calls and one person tried to visit her home after reading the posting.
See this is why you don't screw with pharmacists. In my progression of people I don't screw with pharmacists rank somewhere between waiters and bikers. These people have all your information (including all your STDs). I'd say this lady got off light with a fake Craigslist ad for sex. She's lucky he didn't announce that her Valtrex was ready over the intercom.
