Apparently, Ron got cited for no registration. I think the cops and TMZ should just put a bell around his neck so they know when he's coming.

Need a Condom? Go Directly to Jail (in San Francisco)

(Sept. 8 ) -- In prison, sex among inmates is against the rules. But in one San Francisco county jail, authorities have installed condom dispensers to help curb the rate of sexually transmitted diseases among the prisoner population.

According to the San Francisco Chronicle, the prison has been handing out free condoms to inmates at the San Bruno jail since 1989 but has installed 16 new dispensers throughout the facility this week.

"It may be controversial," Sheriff Michael Hennessey told the Chronicle, "but I think the larger health education message is important."

The debate about whether to distribute condoms to inmates in an effort to prevent the spread of HIV, the virus that causes AIDS, has lasted for years, and prisons in Los Angeles, New York, Philadelphia, Washington, D.C., Vermont and Mississippi have all given condoms to those held behind bars.

I've certainly got nothing against giving condoms to prisoners. If it would help slow down the HIV/AIDS problem then I'm all for it. But is it really going to work? I would openly assume most of the guys having sex in jail aren't having it because they like it. They're having it to break people. And pulling on a rubber before you rape someone in the shower doesn't seem practical. I'm pretty sure Nasty Nate would have never used a rubber.
