I'll Take Creepy For 1,000,000 Alex
I remember the 80s as being a period swept up in the mass hysteria of sexual predators and child abductions so I find it a little suprising this guy was able to make sexual advances toward children on national television. Of course its Canadian national television so that's pretty much just Alanis Morisette, Bret Hart and a few mooses watching. Still very creepy.
