#18 - Virginia Tech
Here's a sexy '09 pick that I don't have too high. I've seen V-Tech as high as 7/8 in some folk's polls.
Tyrod Taylor finally looks capable of steering the Hokie ship and RB Darren Evans has become a stead reliable back, which is something Beamer Ball was built with but hasn't had in years.
Bud Foster always turns out a good 'D' and has DE Jason Worilds to lead his front but losing a player like Macho Harris is big. Ultimately I think there are a couple of other ACC teams that are ready for a rise and V-Tech won't be prepared to run roughshot over them all.
