Field Sobriety Breasts

Breast touching alleged after traffic accident
By QMI Agency

A Utah police officer has been fired and charged after he allegedly requested sexual favours from a woman following a traffic accident.

The Utah County Sheriff's Office says the 29-year-old woman told police an officer sexually assaulted her on July 22.

The Salt Lake Tribune newspaper reported the woman was asked to take a field sobriety test, which she "wasn't performing well" so the officer allegedly told the woman she could take off her top instead of being arrested.

The woman later told police the officer touched her breasts and made "crude sexual comments."

The newspaper quoted jail documents that said after she pulled her shirt back on, the officer then allegedly told the woman “he was going to have to explain to his supervisor why he let a DUI drive home... and she needed to do it again.”

Jeffery Westerman, 33, turned himself in on Tuesday and was charged with forcible sexual abuse and obstruction justice.

What the hell is wrong with this lady? This cop tried to do her a favor and all she can do is throw it back in his face and report his for sexual assault. Thats criminal if you ask me. DUIs are a major strike on your record and I can only imagine the reprocussions are twice as bad in a Mormon run land like Utah. So this cop goes out of his way to keep things off the books and this lady gets mad cause she has to give up some boob? If some cop told me to drop my pants to get out of a DUI I'd have my wang out before he could finish the sentence. Some people just don't appreciate anything.
