So I had a pretty uneventful b-day today. I didn't tell anyone at work because I didn't need a day full of empty sentiment from people I barely know. Although they're growing on me.
We had a signing ceremony today for a local golfer. I forgot to set up for it until 10 minutes before so I had to scramble to push a scorer's table and a rack of chairs into a poorly aired gym annex. Needless to say I was pouring sweat before, during and after the ceremony. Plus one of the News reporters asked me to repeat something so I was probably on the news drenched in sweat and worthlesness. FML.
Now I'm drinking a beer and doing the BYB. That's pretty much my high for the day. One year closer to death, eh? At least there's still booze and football to pass the days.
