Whistle Blower of the Year
Man tells cops he paid for sex, but didn't get it
AP
MARLBOROUGH, N.H. – Police said a man and woman from New Hampshire are each facing prostitution charges after the man called police to say he'd paid for sex, but the woman then refused. WMUR-TV reported a 22-year-old woman and 32-year-old man were cited into court at a later date.
Police said the man called Marlborough Police on Monday to say he'd paid the woman and a third party $150 to have sex with him on Sunday, but she wouldn't follow through.
Police said they're still investigating the third party.
Every once in a while a hero emerges and does something selfless to help his community. When this guy got stiffed (or rather didn't get stiff) he could have easily packed it in and went home a little lighter in the pocket. But instead this man risked greater penalty and blow the whistle on this con woman. Sure the guy had to do some jail time but at least this hooker was held responsible for her actions. Next time I'd get the Better Business Bureau involved.

This makes me wonder if anyone in Nevada has ever sued a hooker for breach of contract in a similar situation.
