Colt McCoy gets engaged with proposal message on scoreboard

Colt McCoy and girlfriend Rachel Glandorf paid a visit to Darrell K. Royal-Texas Memorial Stadium on Monday night. They left as an engaged couple after McCoy proposed on the stadium's scoreboard.
The message said "Will You Marry Me?" McCoy then followed by getting on one knee. Glandorf said yes. So while McCoy didn't win the national championship last week, he has to be feeling pretty good about his future.
I heard Colt actually did kind of a countdown thing on the scoreboard with the proposal but at the end he forgot what the hell he was doing and the clock ran out. Luckily the Big 12 Comissioner was in the booth and gave him back one second to get the proposal right.
P.S. - I wonder if it was hard to hear Rachel's response over the sound of Jordan Shipley sobbing and whaling on his guitar.
P.P.S. - What future is the reporter referring to? Colt's future of head coaching Jim Ned High School before moving in as Texas' quarterbacks coach? That's the only future I see. If Rachel wants a real future she'd go to the Draft with the #1 pick - the boy named Sue.
